It is important to follow directions carefully when using this product as overuse or misuse may cause damage to the skin. It is also recommended to moisturize the skin after using this product to keep it supple

 

How To Use

Begin by washing your hands thoroughly to remove any dirt or residue from your nails and cuticles.
Take a small amount of Blue Cross Lanolin Enriched Cuticle Remover Cream and apply it directly to your cuticles. Use the applicator tip or your fingers to gently massage the cream onto each cuticle.
Allow the cuticle remover cream to sit on your cuticles for the recommended amount of time. The specific time refer to the instructions provided on the product packaging for guidance.
After the cuticle remover cream has been given enough time to work, use a cuticle pusher or an orangewood stick to gently push back the softened cuticles. Be careful not to apply excessive pressure or damage the nail bed.
Once the cuticles are pushed back, use a clean, damp cloth or a cotton pad to wipe away any excess cuticle remover cream and dead skin. This will help to reveal clean, healthy-looking nails.
Rinse your hands with warm water to remove any remaining product and debris. Dry your hands thoroughly.
After removing the cuticles, it's important to moisturize your nails and cuticles. Apply a cuticle oil or a nourishing hand cream to keep the skin hydrated and prevent dryness

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

All charges for equipment repair will include shipping charges unless pick up is arranged with BNP BEAUTY SUPPLY. All justified returns and claims will be refunded to your charge card.You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Counting from the day your order is marked shipped (in an email), provinces in Canada: 1~3 days, some 4~7 days. US orders may take approximately 1 week.
