This treatment can be done with or without an eyelash tinting step. The silicone pads offer the flexibility of choosing the desired curl for your customers lashes. . The #1 Perm Lotion Pink Vial breaks down the shape of the lashes. The #2 Setting Lotion Blue Vial fixes the lashes into its new shape, following the curve of the silicone pad and the #3 Nourish Lotion Yellow Vial is the last step of the Lash Lift that delivers moisturizing and ingredients to the natural lash. The Lash Up Glue is well tolerated by most individuals and is used to adhere the silicone pads to the eyelids as well as the eyelashes to the silicone pad. The plastic Y Brush is used as a comb to ensure the lashes are well placed and straight on the silicone pad, helping deliver the best results. Store in a cool, dry and dark place when not in use. Always close each bottle tightly after use to avoid leakage. Keep away from children. Not recommended for women who are pregnant or nursing.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

No returns on nail polish, eyelashes, precision instruments and/or similar products with hygiene concerns.
All charges for equipment repair will include shipping charges unless pick up is arranged with BNP BEAUTY SUPPLY. All justified returns and claims will be refunded to your charge card.You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

Within 24 hrs after the order is placed (not counting weekends). We recommend you to place order before 2pm to ensure it is picked up by courier on the same day.

Counting from the day your order is marked shipped (in an email), provinces in Canada: 1~3 days, some 4~7 days. US orders may take approximately 1 week.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
